McCall Library Renovation and Expansion Plans

May 11, 2021 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Ponderosa Center Presents to feature the McCall Library Renovation and Expansion Plans

Community will be the topic of the next free online presentation by the Ponderosa Center.

The “Focus on Community” program will begin at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 11th on Zoom.

The session will be hosted by Meg Lojek, who has been a teacher and librarian for 20 years. She earned her MA in Literature at University of Montana and her library degree at University of Idaho, but she has lived and worked in 5 different countries around the world.

Meg will discuss the proposed library renovation program and its need in the community.

Since 2015, Meg has called on McCall to provide a library facility that matches the high quality of life in our community. She has worked actively with the Expansion Committee, consultants, City staff and City Council to achieve this goal and better serve library users.

“Come in, say hello, and talk about how our library can make McCall a better place to live,” Lojek said.

Visit Givebutter for more information on how to join the Zoom presentation.

Ponderosa Center and its board of directors are committed to cultivating community enrichment through lifetime learning, the arts, and the celebration of local heritage. Work continues toward a future, permanent venue.
