Cheryl has a broad background in finance and lending. Her career journey has allowed her to explore many communities across the Mountain West and includes a 30-year tenure as Vice President of Residential Wholesale Mortgage, Inc (RWM). She has been visiting McCall regularly since the 1990’s and has owned property here since 2004. Cheryl and her brother sold their family wheat farm in Colorado in 2014 and purchased a 43 acre ranch property between McCall and Lake Fork.

“I have found my happy place in McCall and am looking forward to being involved with the Ponderosa Center Board,” says Meinzer. “I’m excited to use my knowledge and skills to help the Ponderosa Center project become a reality.”
