Bruce Ludwig was the CEO of Ludwig Capital, an International Real Estate consulting and capital supplier to real estate investors around the world. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce Ludwig, who left us on October 25, 2023.
The Ponderosa Center Ludwig Terrace stands as a testament to Bruce’s immeasurable contributions and generosity to the McCall community. Alongside his wife, Carolyn, they were the Presenting Sponsors for the McCall Music Society’s annual Music Festival and ardent supporters of the new St. Luke’s Hospital.
Bruce served as an early Board member for the Ponderosa Center, transitioning to an Emeritus Board member in 2019. His role continued as an invaluable advisor, donor, and volunteer. His legacy will endure through the lives he touched, and the countless memories created.
