Bryan grew up in Boise, attending the University of Nevada after graduating from Capital High School. After spending over 12 years in the sports business spanning collegiate athletics, private golf, and minor league baseball, Bryan joined McAlvain Companies as their Director of Business Development. He received his Masters of Athletic Leadership in 2020 and is proud to serve on a number of community boards including Make-a-Wish Idaho, the Idaho Youth Sports Commission, Inspire Excellence Non-Profit, and the Jayden DeLuca Foundation.
Bryan was lucky to be raised by his parents Michael and Cathy McMartin alongside his four brothers and oldest sister. He married his wife, Lauren, at Shore Lodge in the summer of 2021. They are both Boise State graduates and big Bronco fans.
